Clear Clutter off Your Mind and Live Better

If you have read the book called ‘Battlefield of the Mind’ by Christian author Joyce Meyer, then you would understand the importance of being able to clear clutter off your mind. You see, our mentality is the most powerful aspect of our everyday living. That is why there are terms such as ‘pessimism’ and ‘optimism’, because our mindsets are what determine the course of our actions.

If you take a math exam, for example, you have two ways of doing this. One is through a clear untroubled mind and the other is by means of a cluttered and unsettled mind. Even though you tried your best to prepare for this exam, if you choose to think about your problems at home or your problems with your friends, you will not be able to execute a good performance. Which in the end would mean you will harbor bad grades as a result.

Whereas, on the other hand, you could clear clutter off your mind before you take the test. This way, you will be able to concentrate on the exam questions presented to you and be able to provide the right answers. Which, then, means that you will get high grades in the end.

There are many ways that you could keep your mind free of all kinds of clutter. So what if your parents won’t stop fighting? So what if your friends talk behind each others back? So what if your boyfriend or your girlfriend is being stubborn? Are you just going to let all these things get to you and affect everything that happens in your life? First thing that you can do would be to fix your problems. Try your best to provide the solutions to all of them. However, if you’ve already done this and you realize that there is really nothing that you can do, then just let them go. You know what they say, live and let live. If you can’t solve them anyway, why kill yourself worrying about them? Things will eventually workout.

The way you condition your mind makes a lot of difference in every thing you do. And when you put all these things together, they all determine the way of your life. So it all depends on you, will you let the clutter win or will you take the challenge and do whatever it takes to clear clutter off your mind?
