Results the family produces are reliant on you, training, communication and a team effort.

Effective Communication
Ensure that each member is aware of their routine responsibilities.  Design  everyday tasks for each individual in advance.   Pay attention to their task list. .   Effective managers routinely review the performance of their employees.  This is how most of us in the “working world” get raises and promotions.

Train
Teach the members of your family to stick with  the plan.   This might be the most challenging stage, but it’s well worth the time.   Remember the old saying “If you give a man a fish, he eats for a day.  If you teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime.”  Don’t you want the same for your family.   Teaching your children to organized now will reap great rewards in the future.

Recognize and Reward
To keep the momentum going, continuously recognize and reward excellent behavior.   Every day review for positive performance.   When children and other family members consistently excel at their daily tasks for maintaining cleaning, decluttering, and household organization reward them with a special treat.
